Their footprint reaches from Wrigley Field Bar & Grill on East State for Mondays, through a packed midweek at spots like Green Frog Inn, Dicky's 21 Taps, Hop River Brewing, and The Abstract, out to a Friday game at Kekionga Craft Company and a late Sunday night session at O'Sullivan's Italian Pub starting at 9. That kind of single-operator reach gives much of the city a consistent format. The independents and other hosts add real texture around them. King Trivia runs Birdie's Rooftop Bar downtown on Wednesdays, while breweries like 2Toms and Chapman's at Electric Works run their own nights alongside the company games. The Guadalupe's Mexican Grill locations all go Wednesday at 7:30, and What's Up Pub & Grub on Woodland Plaza covers two nights of its own, Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday is far and away the busiest night, with a long list of venues firing at once across neighborhoods, from the Broadway and Wells Street corridors to the east side along Maplecrest and State.
