Founded in 2002 when Andy Key started hosting Wednesday night quizzes at a Mellow Mushroom, the operation has grown into the dominant force in East Tennessee, running games at dozens of bars and breweries from Bearden to Farragut. On any given night you might catch a game at Crafty Bastard Brewery, Suttree's High Gravity Tavern, or Boyd's Jig and Reel — and the crowd knows the drill. Challenge Entertainment and Geeks Who Drink fill in the gaps, but this is Knox Trivia Guys' town. The UT student population keeps things loud, and the brewery scene keeps things interesting.
