Wednesday is the clear high point with five games going at once. Proof Brewing on South Monroe, Oyster City and Amicus on the Gadsden and Gaines side of downtown, and Island Wing Company up on Market Street all start at 7, while Ology Brewing in Midtown pushes to 7:30. That's a lot of breweries pouring trivia on the same evening. Tuesday adds Madison Social and BIRD'S, both near the FSU side of town at 7, and Fermentation Lounge holds Thursday on All Saints Street at 7. The whole thing skews young and brewery-forward, which makes sense in a college town this size. Downtown and the Midtown stretch along Monroe carry most of the venues, with the Gaines Street arts district and the Market Street pocket up north filling out the edges. If you like your trivia in a taproom rather than a sports bar, Wednesday in Tallahassee is about as good as it gets.
