Washington DC's trivia scene is run by a constellation of local operators, each claiming a few neighborhoods. District Trivia is the largest, hosting at about 17 venues from Penn Social near the Capitol to Boundary Stone in Bloomingdale to Astro Beer Hall in NoMa. SPRK Trivia covers about ten spots, including Other Half Brewing and The Coupe in Columbia Heights. Trivia Kings runs seven rooms, mostly in Dupont and Adams Morgan, with Nanny O'Brien's, Stoney's on P Street, and the Irish Channel among them. Capital City Showcase has six, built around DC Brau and Looking Glass Lounge in Petworth. Geeks Who Drink, the national chain, also holds about six spots including Prost DC and Kingfisher. Add in Pour House Trivia, Two Girls Trivia, and a few one-off operators, and the result is a city where every neighborhood from Shaw to Navy Yard to U Street has multiple options and where the competitive ecosystem keeps the quality high.
